Last Day Before School

Well, it's early in the morning and I was about to turn the lights out.
I updated my to-do lists and saw I hadn't had my say here, so here I am.
Heather made me promise I'd be in bed 20 min ago - and i close. This is the earliest I've gone to bed this side of the calendar - and I don't have class tomorrow till 11:30. So I think this is fine. I'll post this before 2.



Tonight is the last day of the break, with new roommates moving in, and accompanying drama. Tomorrow's the first day of school, and so we're all having fun until the work begins.

So tonight was a kinda FHE - the girls and their boyfriends together.
Ells made apple pie... gosh she is awesome!!! Can't stand the fact that she's single. She deserves someone.
And we all had fun - everyone played skip-bo. Except for me - I have a little project I was engrossed in. I sat wit them tho.

So I think I'm going to make my own homemade version of the now-famous game The Settlers of Catan, and I must say - I've gotten through it quickly. I almost have the board done and I just thought of and started this yesterday afternoon. I've honed my skills with an x-acto knife, photoshop, and coloring pencils. I can't wait for the finished product.
